A session cookie and a CSRF cookie make the contact form work. They are not used to follow you around. The web server keeps ordinary access logs (address, time, page, browser) for security and fixing problems.

The contact form

We keep your name, email, topic, message, IP address and browser name so we can answer and spot abuse. We don’t sell or share them.

Downloads

downloads.nexpanel.app only serves files and keeps ordinary access logs. NexPanel installs check its release list every few hours; that request carries no account or customer data.

Install statistics

Unless turned off, the NexPanel installer reports when an install starts, succeeds or fails, and each panel sends one report a day. These carry a random install ID, the install mode, operating system, NexPanel versions, and counts of nodes, accounts and domains. They never include hostnames, IP addresses, domains, usernames, emails or customer data. We use the connection’s IP address only to look up the country (IP geolocation by DB-IP) and do not store it. Reports are kept for 13 months. What is sent and how to turn it off.
